In today’s environment, flexibility and the ability to pivot is crucial. As a “go-to” Subject Matter Expert for Instructional Design, I have solidified my reputation for creating and facilitating dynamic, accessible, innovative, and high-impact learning activities for varying situations such as eLearning, synchronous/instructor-led, and classroom-based training.

Additionally, I use methods from Thinking Collaborative Trainings (Adaptive Schools, Fierce Conversations and Cognitive Coaching) to provide individuals and groups with the strategies and skills for enhanced collaboration, resulting in increased capacity and performance.

In my non-work life I enjoy many things such as hiking with my family, coaching softball, and volunteering in a women’s service organization that promotes historical preservation, education, and patriotism.
